Shipping

Choose your region to see the shipping rates. If your parcel weighs over 2 kg, the shipping will obviously increase (call us for the quote). In this case we will contact you by e-mail and when the parcel is ready for shipping we will charge you only what we pay. The following prices apply regardless of how many items you order. Ordered items will be dispatched within 48 hours (at latest) of receipt of your order in case that all of them are currently in stock. If we anticipate that there will be a significant delay in getting out-of-stock items, we will let you know and give you the option to continue waiting or cancel your order (and make a new one when the rest of items is available).

IMPORTANT NOTE

When placing your order, shipping will be set for 24 EUR (for EUROPE) and for 27 EUR (for WORLD) no matter if you choose lower shipping. Reason is our the online payment system 3D-Secure that will not allow us to charge you higher shipping than you chose in your order.

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED WE WILL ONLY CHARGE ACTUAL SHIPPING RATE.

We will ship every order to retail customer via:

Priority Mail* - this is the most usual way (Air Mail). This should take about a week. Shipments to Moscow area (Russia) may take about 3 weeks (according to our experiences).

Unfortunately we do not use Economy Mail anymore, because it is very unpredictable to say delivery time (once it took a week, for the second time it took almost three months). Thanks for understanding.

* The dimensions of the parcel are limited (maximum length is 60cm and total of length+width+height less than 90cm). If your parcel will be over these dimensions, we will contact you by e-mail with some options.

For TRADERS only

• Air Mail- this takes about 7-14 days of delivery time worldwide (USA, Japan, China)
• Surface Mail- this might be a bit cheaper than Air Mail, but takes much longer time for delivery (sometimes 2-3 months)
• GLS - the best possible option, it takes 2-5 business days for most European countries (we also use it for non-EU countries like Switzerland or Norway)

Obviously we cannot guarantee the shipping delivery timescale as it relies on services without our control, but we will make every effort to dispatch your merchandise as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Please note, that we despatch all EU orders usually on Tuesday and Friday (from time to time on Thursday), and all non-EU orders every Friday (we have to clear all non-EU orders in the Customs Office that is located in a different town, so we cannot do it daily, but weekly). If there is a state holiday on any of our "despatch days", we will ship the order the closest day after or before. Thank you for understanding.
